Анотація курсу «Договірне право ЄС»

Проєкт ЄС Єразмус+ Модуль Жан Моне Курс «Договірне право ЄС» (Project 101127494 — EU-Contract) - це введення в європеи ське контрактне право, и ого ключові елементи, принципи та основні концепціі ; курс стимулює інтерес до прии няття механізмів європеи ського договірного регулювання та внутрішніх реформ в Украі ні. «EU-Contract» спрямовано на просування цінностеи європеи ського договірного права та розширення знань з європеи ського контрактного права. «EU-Contract» базується на ідеі стратегічноі мети Украі ни - отримання членства в ЄС, що неможливо досягти без впровадження європеи ських правових стандартів та цінностеи контрактного регулювання, без гармонізаціі контрактноі системи Украі ни з правовою системою ЄС. «EU-Contract» надасть студентам можливість зрозуміти складну структуру європеи ського контрактного права зосереджуючись на и ого основних рисах, але з урахуванням глибоких змін, які відбулися протягом останніх 20 років. .

Курс «Договірне право Європеи ського Союзу» (EU-Contract) спрямовании на популяризацію європеи ських бізнес стандартів, порядноі практики в бізнесі загалом та чесноі поведінки в контрактних відносинах, на контрактне регулювання приватних відносин, а також поширення знань про договірне право ЄС зокрема.

«EU-Contract» буде викладатися студентам, які навчаються на спеціальності “Право” та ”Міжнародне право” на 3-му курсі юридичного факультету. Курс складається з 64 академічних годин: 32 годин лекціи та 32 годин семінарів. Планується охопити аудиторію більш ніж 250 студентів протягом 3 років впровадження модуля.

По завершенню курсу студенти повинні знати основні положення європеи ського контрактного права; розуміти та розрізняти динаміку та статику контрактних зобов'язань в ЄС для розуміння поточного стану контрактного регулювання та перспективи впровадження цих механізмів в Украі ні; сучасні проблеми та виклики, з якими стикається ЄС у сфері контрактного права.

The "EU Contract Law" (EU-Contract) is the introduction to the European contract law, its crucial elements, principles and basic concepts; the course stimulates interest in adopting mechanisms of the EU contractual regulation experience and internal reforms in Ukraine.

"EU-Contract" is aimed to promote the EU contract law values and expand knowledge on the EU contract law. "EU-Contract" is based on the idea of Ukraine's strategic goal of gaining EU membership which cannot be achieved without implementing the European legal standards and values of contractual regulation, without harmonizing of the contractual system of Ukraine with the legal system of the EU. "EU -Contract" will give students the opportunity to understand the complex structure of the European contract law, focusing on its main features, but taking into account the profound changes to have taken place for the last 20 years.

The course "EU Contract Law" ("EU-Contract") is aimed at popularizing European business standards, decent business practice in general and honest behavior in contractual relations, at the contractual regulation of private relations, as well as spreading knowledge of the EU contract law in particular.

"EU-Contract" will be taught to students majoring in "Law" and "International Law" at the 3rd year of the Law Faculty. The course consists of 64 classroom hours: 32 hours of lectures and 32 seminars. It is planned to cover the audience of more than 250 students during 3 years of the implementation of the Module.

At the end of the course, students should know the main provisions of the EU contract law; understand and distinguish the dynamics and statics of contractual obligations in the EU regulations; to understand the current state of the contractual regulation of relations in the EU and the prospects of introducing these mechanisms in Ukraine; modern problems and challenges facing the EU in the field of the contract law.
