Department of Civil Law Disciplines

The Department of Civil Law Disciplines is a structural unit of the School of Law, which organizes and carries out at a high level educational and scientific-methodical work in the specialty “Law”, educational work among students, research in the profile of the department, training of scientific and pedagogical staff and improving their scientific and pedagogical qualifications.

The Department was established in accordance with the decision of the Academic Council of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Protocol No.9 dated 24 June, 2005. The Head of the Department is PhD in Law, Associate Professor Olena A. Ustymenko.

The scientific and educational staff of the Department consists of 4 Doctors of Law, 9 PhD in Law, and 1 lecturer.
